Alzheimer’s Society
Alzheimer’s Society’s mission is to transform the landscape of dementia forever. In their new strategy, the New Deal on Dementia, they make a commitment to be available to every person who receives a diagnosis. They want everyone affected by dementia to know that, whatever you are going through wherever you are, whoever you are, you can turn to Alzheimer’s Society for support, help and advice. Until we find a cure, Alzheimer’s Society will strive to create a society where those affected by dementia are supported, accepted and able to live in their community without fear or prejudice. If you are suffering from dementia, or you are a carer of someone who is, you can make a self-referral to the Dementia Support Service provided by the Alzheimer’s Society by calling 0300 1234 589
